I'm busy, but the deals aren't happening. Easy money has dried up, but deals can still be made with creativity and hard work.
The commercial real estate market is becoming more normalized, as banks are lending based on normal standards and developers (those still left) are being careful with projects. The only ones still developing are the ones that know the business.
Leasing remains good, although there is still plenty of space available in this market.
